After the closing of Miller’s Nook, Holistic Mountain Therapies has decided to take a hiatus through the summer season. Come join me for a relaxing, intimate Sound Meditation with Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls. Let the sounds and vibrations fill your body to bring you peace and calmness. Bring your yoga mat (I do have a couple extras). Space is limited to 4 people per session. Please call Crystal at 973-823-8606 to reserve your space. A small deposit is required. Come join us for an hour of drumming. Adults only. No experience necessary! Drumming with Rattles as a community reduces stress & anxiety and will raise your vibration!
