Services Overview

Holistic medicine is the art and science of healing that addresses the whole person – body, mind, and spirit. The practice of holistic medicine integrates conventional and alternative therapies to prevent and treat disease, and most importantly, to promote optimal health. This condition of holistic health is defined as the unlimited and unimpeded free flow of life force energy through body, mind, and spirit.

At Holistic Mountain Therapies, we are focused on these three main components to holistic healing; Crystal Therapy, Vibrational Sound Therapy, and Reiki.  An overview of our services and pricing is detailed below.

Crystal Healing

30 Minute Session

In this session we will just focus on your Chakras. Includes tuning forks/singing bowls. I will intuitively choose the crystals needed depending on the needs of each Chakra.

60 Minute Session

When you come in we will discuss your needs and I will intuitively pick specific crystals for your session which will also include aromatherapy, light therapy & tuning forks / singing bowls.

Three 1Hr. Sessions Package

For most people one session at the time is enough, but some may need several. I am offering a package of 3 sessions at a reduced price but they must be used within 3 months to see the full benefits. (A Savings of $40)

Reiki

30 Minute Session

In this session we will focus on the 7 main Chakras, includes crystals, aromatherapy and singing bowls.

60 Minute Session

Reiki is a gentle energy that balances energies at the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Sessions include crystals, aromatherapy ,& singing bowls.

Vibrational Sound Therapy

This would be a session done just on the back or the front of the body depending on what your needs are at the time

This is a session of placing Himalayan Singing Bowls on different parts of the body for relief from stress, anxiety & pain. You are fully clothed on a masssge at all times in a safe environment.

Add On: Crystal Foot Soak

Why not indulge yourself after your session with a Crystal Foot Soak in a hand hammered Copper Foot Basin. Soaking your feet in a Copper Basin can help you to achieve a healthier immune system. Ancient Egyptians used ionized copper to purify water. It is also said to help remove toxins from the body. Included in your foot soak- Young Living Essential Oils, Salts, Organic Rose Petals & Crystals.
