Hi my name is Nancy and I am the founder of Holistic Mountain Therapies. I am a Certified Hibiscus Moon Crystal Healer, Certified Reiki Master, Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, I received my Holistic Healer Certificate through a one year program at Sage Goddess, Young Living distributor and an LPN. Crystal healing is an holistic, non-invasive, vibrational energy-based system of healing. CHT involves placing gemstones on the body to draw out negative energy. The crystals act as conduits for healing — allowing positive, healing energy to flow into the body as negative, disease-causing energy flows out. A session can help with anxiety, pain, depression, and well being.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and well-being.

Vibrational Sound Therapy
Vibrational Sound Therapy combines powerful vibration & tones to induce an immediate relaxed state. The induction of the sound waves directly into the body, along with soothing ambient tones, is such a gentle treatment that clients report effects ranging from a meditative state to deep relaxation. VST is done fully clothed on a massage table in a safe environment.
