What is a Crystal Healing? Crystal Healing is a deeply relaxing, rejuvenating, minimal contact therapy of placing crystals on the body. The goal of a session may include realignment of your energetic frequencies and/or removal of any emotional or energetic blocks while allowing for deep soul learning, healing, and spiritual growth. A session can help with anxiety, pain, & depression as well as just giving you a feeling of well being.
Crystals have been forming since the beginning of time and each one carries its own vibration. The vibration in each crystal during a Crystal Healing session raises our own vibrations enabling us to become more balanced energetically. A Crystal Healing session compliments Western medical therapy and does NOT replace it.
A Crystal Healing Session generally lasts 1 hour and is done on a massage table fully clothed in a quiet safe environment with low lights, candles, soft music, light therapy, aromatherapy (using pure essential oils) tuning forks and singing bowls. When you come in we will discuss your needs and I will intuitively choose specific crystals to use during your session. If you are unable to travel I can also make arrangements to come to your home.
