Come join me for a relaxing, intimate Sound Meditation with Himalayan & Crystal Singing Bowls. Let the sounds and vibrations fill your body to bring you peace and calmness. Bring your yoga mat (I do have a couple extras).  Space is limited to 4 people per session.  Please call Crystal at 973-823-8606 to reserve your space.  A small deposit is required. Energy exchange for this event is $25.00.  I hope to see you there!

Come join us for an hour of drumming. Adults only. No experience necessary! Drumming with Rattles as a community reduces stress & anxiety and will raise your vibration! You will come out feeling peaceful & relaxed. If you have your own drums or rattles please bring them with you. Energy exchange is $10.00. Hope to see you there!!!
